Nuri Telecom held its 25th general shareholders' meeting on March 27. The general meeting of shareholders approved the financial statements and consolidated financial statements, approval of dividends (KRW 50 per share), approval of the limit on directors and auditors, and partial amendment of the articles of incorporation. The appointment of full-time auditors was rejected as an unqualified quorum. |
